We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team at ALSTOM. As a key member of our project management committee, you will be responsible for securing suppliers' QCD performances and ensuring that project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sourcing activity of the project, ensuring that overall QCD targets are met.
- Participate in the project management committee and communicate project needs to stakeholders.
- Organize launch meetings, challenge new gaps, and facilitate cooperation between engineering and sourcing teams.
- Publish specific legal requirements to be taken into account in negotiations.
- Define and implement the project sourcing strategy, establishing and agreeing on a strategy with the project manager.
- Manage the material work package, reviewing periodically the QCD material scope with stakeholders.
- Engage the claim process for CONQ S2 incidents.
- Master's degree in purchasing or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in project, sourcing, engineering, or quality roles.
- Fluent English and international background.
- Good interpersonal skills.
