About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling Pall's full F&B product portfolio to CPs and KAs while fostering positive business relationships to achieve sales targets.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement customer account plans to achieve orders and revenue projections, drive sales of new products and applications, and expand the customer base through networking and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand customer base through networking and lead follow-up
  • Cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain customer profile and SWOT analysis
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to strategically position Pall solutions for maximum advantage
  • Stay ahead of competitive activity at existing customers and leverage competitors' knowledge to influence strategic decisions and enhance market positioning
  • Drive growth through continuous improvement leveraging the Danaher Business System tools
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a sales, business development, and/or account management role within a business-to-business environment
  • Bachelor's degree required – preferably in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, or chemical engineering
  • Food and beverage industry proven experience
  • Strong knowledge in Pall portfolio products and applications
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, primarily domestic travel
