We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Subsystem Engineer to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing power subsystems for our space-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze power requirements and derive lower-level requirements for power subsystems
  • Define power system architecture and interfaces
  • Perform analysis on power sources and interfaces for sizing and performance evaluation
  • Specify and review technical documentation for power subsystems
  • Manage and participate in technical meetings with subcontractors and clients
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronics or equivalent
  • Experience in power electronic systems or power unit design
  • Strong knowledge of energy production with solar panels
  • Capability of power analysis and circuits simulation
  • Proficiency in MS Office package and SW tools like Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Visual Basic, Spice
  • English language proficiency (mandatory)
