A valued member of our high-performing team, the Retail Stocking Associate is empowered to excel in their role. They will understand the importance of their work and take pride in their contributions.

The anticipated rate for this position is $14.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Eligible Associates participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability plan. They can also enroll in our company's 401(k) plan. Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick time is also available up to 64 hours per year, unless otherwise required by law.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock products.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, adhering to our attendance policy.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Physical ability and willingness to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
