Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Project Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment projects, supporting talent acquisition initiatives, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role will be based at our Cifo office in San Giorgio di Piano and will involve working closely with our hiring managers and HR business partners to develop and understand position requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop and understand position requirements.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent to the company.
  • Source and manage candidate pipelines, utilizing internal tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and social & digital media channels.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
  • Guide candidates through the feedback and offer process, ensuring a positive experience and managing hiring manager expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Own interview coordination, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and lead pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and provide interview materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience, recruitment process, and employer branding.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment projects in corporate or RPO setting.
  • Experience sourcing professional talent in manufacturing, chemical, and corporate environment preferred.
  • Experience working in international operating matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, effective problem solver, detail-oriented, strong collaborator with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience required, IT knowledge with SAP Success Factors preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Team player with a cooperative, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to drive projects independently.
