Digital Verification Engineer for High-Speed Designs

We are seeking a highly skilled digital verification engineer to join our team at Synopsys. The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge in the verification of high-speed digital designs and will be working as part of a highly experienced mixed-signal design and verification team.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a skilled team of digital and mixed-signal engineers responsible for delivering high-end mixed-signal designs from specification development to performing functional and performance tests on prototype test-chips.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Developing modular constrained-random testbenches in Verilog and System Verilog
  2. Ensuring functional coverage and assertion coverage
  3. Creating and tracking test-plans
  4. Evaluating failure cases and running gate-level simulations
Key Qualifications:
  1. MSEE or BSEE with 2+ years of digital verification experience
  2. Hands-on experience in writing testcases in Verilog and System Verilog
  3. Familiarity with code quality metrics
Preferred Experience / Knowledge:
  1. High-speed digital & mixed-signal design & verification
  2. Asynchronous clock domain crossing
  3. Familiarity with UVM methodology and verification using VCS/Verdi
  4. Good organization and communication skills
