Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for the people management of retail store employees, providing guidance and suggestions on HR matters, and collecting requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage retail store employees, providing guidance and suggestions on HR matters
  • Collect requests from area managers, store coordinators, and retail stores
  • Supervise the impacts on people when corporate reorganizations, mergers, or possible dismantling occur
  • Use HR information systems, including hiring, terminations, and onboarding processes
  • Monitor and control staff numbers and positions
  • Analyze and provide solutions for budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 4-6 years of experience in large-scale retail trade or structured companies
  • Proven knowledge and hard skills in people management
  • Master of national collective bargaining employment contract and its applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attitude towards people, creating relationships
  • Confident speaker
  • Proactive and self-organized
  • Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken
