As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative services to our clients and brokers, ensuring that all administrative processes related to the policy lifecycle are managed with a high level of quality service.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all administrative processes are efficiently managed, checking the conditions of acceptance of customer requests, and being the point of reference for external and internal stakeholders. You will also monitor and plan contractual documents, coordinate with your supervisor and team, and manage and monitor the evolution of performance through company systems.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of insurance policy forms and policy administration, as well as experience working on Global insurance programs in Property and Casualty. You should also have knowledge of the insurance regulatory system and Underwriting process, as well as awareness of compliance procedures and regulatory reporting requirements.
