Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for digital innovation and a drive to succeed in a dynamic environment? Do you have a strong background in technology sales or account management, and a proven track record of delivering results? If so, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity as a Specialist Manager in Digital Application & Innovation at Microsoft.

As a Specialist Manager, you will be a senior solution sales leader, responsible for selling the Microsoft Application Innovation portfolio to our largest enterprise customers. You will lead from the front, engaging with C-suite level technology and business leads, and coaching teams on opportunity discovery and acceleration. Your expertise will be sought after by internal and external stakeholders, and you will be recognized as a market maker for the region and assigned vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure customer commitment to consume and expand cloud services
  • Drive new business opportunities to achieve targets and contribute positively to relevant subsidiary scorecard metrics
  • Develop a high-performance diverse team by hiring, prioritizing development, and leading by example
  • Coach field sellers using consulting sales methodology and drive cross-team collaboration with ATU, CSU, and other STU peers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technology-related sales or account management
  • Demonstrable people management experience
  • Significant solution or services sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong technology-related sales or account management experience
