About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Air Logistics Function, you will play a crucial role in providing air shipping and air forwarding solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operational Care Center in delivering high-quality shipment and process management
  • Execute export/import services with the highest level of quality, collaborating with suppliers, handling agents, and carriers
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize Air Logistics operational Key Performance Indicators
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure close cooperation and optimized operations
  • Participate in Dangerous Goods support with certified knowledge as per IATA/ICAO regulations
Requirements
  • Fluent Italian and intermediate English language skills
  • Dangerous Goods Certification is advantageous
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in the logistics sector for similar roles
