Software Component Project Manager

Experis, a global leader in IT and TECH professional resourcing, is seeking a skilled Software Component Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and leading the development lifecycle of software embedded in Interior Trim ECUs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize software releases for ECUs to meet vehicle milestones and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and track software development activities with ECUs suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on software progress and maturity.
  • Collaborate with various domains to remove impediments and facilitate software development.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, align expectations, and provide status updates.
  • Raise and mitigate risks to meet business unit expectations.
  • Track and resolve ECUs bugs and issues.
  • Analyze and prioritize change requests.
  • Improve software process flows and ensure compliance with certification standards.
  • Manage software updates for production and after-sales.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering.
  • Previous experience in software development or project management in the automotive, railway, or aerospace industries.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry business processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead complex projects.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, and Excel.
  • Understanding of vehicle architectures, communication protocols, and main vehicle functionalities.
  • Familiarity with ASPICE, Model-Based System Engineering, and AUTOSAR standards.
