About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Project Manager to join our team at RE:LAB, a leading authority in Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI). As a key member of our structured team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external activities, managing resources, and overseeing project organization to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all phases of automotive projects, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Plan and allocate necessary resources, including internal teams and external suppliers, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including technical teams, clients, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates, and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may impact project progress, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Adapt project plans based on changes in requirements, needs, and market conditions, ensuring the project remains on track.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

A master's degree or professional certifications in project management (such as PMP, PRINCE2) are considered a plus.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the automotive sector. Experience managing multidisciplinary and international teams is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).
  • Experience managing project documentation and preparing reports.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Honed problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
