We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to join our team at the Russotti Gestioni Hotels S.P.A. in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Job Description:
- Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment between staff and management
- Act as manager on duty for the hotel and manage front desk operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager
- Ensure hotel standards and services contribute to the delivery of consistent guest service
Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Oversees front desk operations, including receptionist and clerical duties
- Maintains a positive and cooperative work environment between staff and management
Requirements:
- Hospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management
- C2 level or above, good at oral and written English
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a front office senior management position, preferably in a four-star international hotel
