Role Overview

The Customer Care Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing the Customer Experience. This position involves responding to incoming inquiries from current clients and delivering precise and thorough information regarding our fleet management services. The individual will interact with both B2B and B2C clients, serving as a liaison to ensure effective communication among all stakeholders regarding any potential concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the fleet team to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide solutions that align with operational protocols while acting swiftly to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate from a prestigious university in Italy or internationally, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience, particularly in customer service via phone, is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to excellence in service.
  • A passion for a diverse workday that includes communication, organization, and customer interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • An enthusiasm for the automotive industry is preferred.
