The Pre-Closing team at illimity Group is responsible for facilitating the transition to day-to-day business of new mandates, structuring and pricing of new transactions under acquisition. We are seeking ambitious, determined and motivated individuals who share our passion for operational excellence and desire to contribute to our common goal.

Job Description

You will intern within the Pre-Closing team, which builds on cross-functional capabilities from data analysis, communication and workflow management to identify solutions and improvement opportunities for the setup of the all-around operational machine. You will be supportive in a range of engaging and challenging activities, including monitoring the pipeline of new deals, detailed analysis of deal structure information and positions being acquired aimed at preparing accountability processes and tools to manage operations accurately and effectively. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, interacting with all levels of the internal organization and external divesting institutions. Specifically, you will collaborate with the central PMO responsible for pipeline management, the structuring and pricing teams, those responsible for due diligence and Real Estate asset valuations, as well as the Legal, Middle-Back Office and IT areas.
You will be supportive in onboarding acquired positions and interfacing with Master Servicers and assignors and kick-off with Asset Managers to successfully initiate management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Interest in the world of impaired loans and data analysis
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Office suite (in particular Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL
  • Fluent English
