We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality staff and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food and beverage management, with a strong focus on customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, organize, and manage daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage food and beverage operations within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard new temporary staff, including bartenders and barbacks, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Forecast, plan, source, and order food supplies and beverages to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
  • Nurture strong relationships with local stakeholders to enhance loyalty and reputation.
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to concerns.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, with a focus on customer service and staff management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly fluent in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
