Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Investment Specialist to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our Investment Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as monitoring actual vs. forecasted investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Monitor actual vs. forecasted investments and provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Department to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
  • Develop and maintain weekly and monthly reporting on media investments for internal and intercompany purposes.
  • Coordinate activities between Group Agencies to ensure seamless execution of media investments.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and multi-tasking with high quality and accuracy.
