Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Media Planner to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing offline paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement offline media strategies in alignment with the Paid & Owned Media Manager to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across various offline channels, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor, in collaboration with the Paid Digital team.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Utilize a test & learn approach to drive innovation and continuously improve campaign strategies.
  • Manage the budget for campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and constantly monitoring opportunities and optimizations.
  • Manage the relationship with the media agency, ensuring effective communication, productive collaboration, and relevant market, media, and competition insights.
  • Proactively support the organization, sharing innovations, and challenging the status quo.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working within offline media.
  • Previous experience in media agency or global organizations in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Experienced in offline and online media planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in the offline media sector.
  • Experience with econometric model and audit tracking.
  • Experience in delivering insight-based research.
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written.
