Customer Satisfaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join our Direct-to-Consumer team at Rossignol Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across all European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to level 2 escalations from our external customer service agency, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources to our customer service team.
- Improve customer service quality results by analyzing and suggesting process improvements, as well as monitoring and analyzing results with our outsourced partner.
- Monitor online brand reputation, investigate negative reviews, and provide resolution.
- Research customer issues associated with billing, shipping, and returning products, utilizing internal tools and resources to identify solutions.
- Support our Customer Satisfaction manager in daily tasks and analysis, including technical platforms such as monthly reports and daily shipments.
- Support our Warehouse in operative tasks linked to B2C orders, including return creation, stock shortage, and stuck orders.
- Educational path including customer relationship management preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Fluency in French and English, with Italian or German a plus.
- Strong interest in customer needs and satisfaction.
- Motivated to learn about ECOM, CS platform, and tools (ERP, Salesforce, Airtable, Payment Provider Platforms).
- Positive, forward-looking mindset and team spirit.
- Fast learner and self-motivated.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to handle work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
