We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our European HR team as a Junior Coordinator for a significant European HR/Payroll project. This role will provide valuable support to HR colleagues and Project Management Team during the implementation of a new payroll setup across European countries.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in payroll processes, system implementation, and project management in an international environment, making this an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in HR/payroll or project management.

This position offers flexibility, with the option to work from home three days a week. We provide a paid internship of €1,000 per month and free canteen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the HR Manager and project management team in all phases of the payroll change implementation project.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from the existing payroll system to the new one.
  3. Support local HR colleagues in the actions necessary to ensure the correct transfer of data from current vendors to the new one, ensuring high quality in data collection and timely actions.
  4. Assist local HR colleagues and project management team in the configuration and testing of the new payroll system, aiming for accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  5. Support the harmonization of the payroll process, resulting in a well-understood process with clear R&R for all stakeholders.
  6. Support the creation and delivery of training materials and sessions to train HR and employees on the new payroll process.
  7. Collect and analyze feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and address any issues that may arise during the implementation process.
  8. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and project management team as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Recently pursued a degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with an intercultural and international mindset.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
  4. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and Project management team in an international environment.
  7. Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
