Job Title: Project Officer Cultural Mediator

Adecco Italia s.p.a. is seeking a highly skilled Project Officer Cultural Mediator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring mediation and/or interpretation services delivered at field level. This will involve close collaboration with relevant coordinators, collection of requests for mediation services, and consolidation of these requests for evaluation by the Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the coordination, supervision, and monitoring of mediation and/or interpretation services delivered at field level.
  • Collect requests for mediation services from the field and consolidate them for evaluation by the Coordinator.
  • Coordinate closely with Admin colleagues for the management of requests for service, evaluation of proposals from providers, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate trainings, inductions, and refresher sessions for mediators on the field to ensure high-quality standards of service provision.
  • Perform regular field visits to monitor activities of deployed mediators, ensuring standardization of procedures, adherence to quality standards, and dissemination of best practices.
  • Manage contacts, liaise, and network with local stakeholders, partner organizations, and other entities, responding to requests for information as needed.
  • Draft briefings, statistical/narrative reports, background information, and regular reports on area of activity.
  • Participate in relevant meetings as needed to identify issues and make recommendations in the area of activity.
  • Uphold data protection principles for case files at all times.
Requirements:
  • Completed University Degree in Law, Political Science, Humanitarian Studies, or Social Studies.
  • Previous relevant experience of at least 2 years.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel to several locations in Italy.
