Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network operations from global MS projects, including O&M.
- Develop and implement global network operation management methodology.
- Develop and reinforce O&M processes, procedures, templates, tools, and regulations.
- Monitor network operational and performance management in terms of SLA and KPI.
- Manage significant incidents and CRs.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of practical experience in the Telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team leader and coordinate with stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or above in the telecommunication field or equivalent.
