Job Description

Sisal S.p.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Retail Sales team as a Key Account Manager.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to manage and develop our retail sales channels in the Rovigo and Vicenza areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for scouting new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail sector, focusing on the sale of our games and online products.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our products and services to retail partners, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to retail partners on our products and services, ensuring they have the necessary skills to sell and promote them effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any technical or administrative issues that may arise with our retail partners, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners. Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
