As a Production Supervisor Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience managing a highly complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring excellent quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of efficiency and OEE KPIs
- Production programming, detection of deviations, and taking management actions to guarantee required levels
- Management of quality KPIs
- Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism
- Responsible for the quality of parts produced in your Shop
- Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials
- Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
- Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment's area budget
- Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational, and management references to cope with environmental emergences
- Knowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk
Requirements
We are looking for a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join our Operations Headquarter in Agordo. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager, or similar roles
- Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes
- Project Management and Lean Production
- Knowledge of productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
- IT & numerical Skills
- Fluent in English
- Reporting
- Capable to work on several tasks simultaneously
- Strong People Management skills
- Flexible and able to adapt in a contest of constant change
- Loves challenges and takes responsibility seriously
