Production Supervisor Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our Operations Headquarter in Agordo, you will be responsible for managing a complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring excellent quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage efficiency and OEE KPIs to optimize production processes
- Develop and implement production programming to guarantee required levels
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs to ensure high-quality products
- Apply delegation mechanisms to effectively manage the team
- Ensure the quality of parts produced in the Shop
- Analyze indicators for cost of auxiliary materials, maintenance, indirect materials, and scrap
- Apply advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods to improve productivity
- Contribute to defining the surface treatment area budget
- Stay up-to-date with specific procedures, organizational, and management references to address environmental emergencies
- Understand operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager, or similar roles
- Knowledge of main mechanical and chemical processes
- Project Management and Lean Production skills
- Understanding of productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
- Proficiency in IT and numerical skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong reporting and people management skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take on challenges
