Administrative Officer

**Job Summary**
The Administrative Officer will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other members of the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO's agenda, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and arranging travel as needed
- Provide administrative support, including drafting and sending correspondence and organizing documents
- Monitor and manage certified email accounts and distribute information to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and organize meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and catering
- Collaborate with the Finance department on Board of Directors meetings and minutes
- Draft administrative documentation and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Organize external visits and events as needed
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English
- German is a plus
