Job Overview

Servicemaster Restore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team in Rome, GA. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our claims process.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary of $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in our CRM system.
  • Daily review of compliance tasks and ensure all job tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor and update jobs in our operating system, ensuring efficient flow through the claims process requirements and cycle times.
  • Ensure photos and documents are accurately described, titled, and uploaded in real-time, with follow-up to obtain missing required data from homeowners and insurance/mortgage information.
  • Create and/or assist with job estimates, reviewing final estimates to ensure completeness per company standards.
  • Manage Customer Service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolutions.
  • Understand all company cycle times and SLAs required for each job and phase.
  • Client Care Calls – maintain constant, often daily, communication with the customer and may communicate with the adjuster.
  • Ensure daily notes are entered in all jobs, contacting relevant participants and escalating to the department manager as required.
  • May be responsible for creating job estimates and/or assisting the Estimator/Project Manager with the final estimate.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Personal time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM software.

Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role require occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds, sitting for extended periods, and engaging in repetitive motions while working with office equipment. You must also be able to express or exchange ideas quickly and accurately, receive and act on detailed information, and have close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities.
