We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Designer to join our team at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the maintenance and upkeep of our offices and research facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the maintenance and upkeep of our offices and research facilities
- Manage job orders and construction projects, including site safety and risk assessment
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols
- Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality work
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Enrollment in the Order of Engineers or College of Experts with authorization to sign projects
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in facilities management or construction coordination
- Knowledge of BIM software and project management tools
- Fluency in English and Italian
