Job Description

Site Manager

The Site Manager, reporting directly to the Construction Manager, is responsible for all strategic and operational actions that lead the project to completion within the timelines and budget. Strongly autonomous, they must have experience in site management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision of the site
  • Ensure that site activities comply with project specifications
  • Support the cost and accounting department by providing the status of work progress
  • Supervision and coordination of subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with the schedule
  • Verify that the work performed or planned has been approved by the DL
  • Manage the site area and logistics
  • Manage assistance services
  • Responsible for site order and cleanliness
  • Supervise compliance with safety regulations
  • Daily reporting on activity progress, site status, immediate planning
  • Provide reports on specific situations to be submitted to designers or DL for technical solution requests
  • Evaluate necessary resources for the completion of activities, with proposals for risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Full autonomy in planning and managing a site
  • Ability to organize a site to be delivered in different phases
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the construction sector (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in the same role
  • Strong aptitude for working in multidisciplinary and international environments
  • Surveyor or degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Excellent knowledge of Office, MS Project, Primus, Revit
  • VAT registration required
