Subcontract Administration Manager

KT - Kinetics Technology is seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Administration Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing the construction Subcontracts awarded by our Subcontracting Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain a deep understanding of the Subcontracts and relevant Annexes.
- Develop knowledge of the Subcontract Price breakdown and the logic of the Project Schedule.
- Prepare reports and documents related to specific subcontract issues.
- Manage correspondence with Subcontractors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Analyze Requests for Change and/or Claims submitted by subcontractors.
- Prepare formal replies, seeking cooperation from the Project team and Subcontract Administration Management Head of Department.
- Identify criticalities of subcontracts to analyze potential impacts on the Contract with the Client.
- Resolve disputes with Subcontractors, if any.
- Provide instruction on Administration procedures to Subcontractors.
- Review and approve Subcontractor's Interim and Final Progress Payment Certificate(s).
- Issue authorizations for invoicing to Subcontractors.
- Ensure management of extra works, new unit prices, claims, and close-out of subcontracts in accordance with Company procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 6-7 years of experience as a Subcontract Administration Manager, with both home office and abroad experience preferred.
- Availability to be relocated abroad.
- Fluent English speaker, with language proficiency to be tested during the interview.
- Good communication and management skills, with a high level of organizational ability.
- Team worker with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and direction, with a strong bias towards timely performance.
- Only candidates with significant experience in the relevant field will be considered for this position.
- Candidates must have a real willingness and availability to work abroad.
