Job Description:

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Network Contact Center Specialist to enhance our team's capabilities in the telecommunication sector. As a specialist, you will be integral to our operations, focusing on technical themes related to telecommunication processes and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with DevOps teams and Agile methodologies to ensure seamless integration of contact center systems.
  • Support Global and Regional teams with Contact Center technical requirements, including Genesys integration and telephony infrastructure setup.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize call quality, response times, and network performance.
  • Monitor network and connectivity performance to identify and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Lead critical incidents and provide technical support to the regional and local teams.
  • Utilize Genesys platform to support activities and ensure high availability, redundancy, and call quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related studies, with 3+ years of experience in the relevant area of expertise.
  • Proven knowledge of Genesys platform and telecommunication processes.
  • Strong experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization in English.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to travel and collaborate with customers.
