Improve Product Reputation
We have a job opening for an Aftersales Specialist within the Technical Support department of our Product Company in Italy.
Your mission is to enhance the reputation of our products by focusing on quality, reliability, and serviceability.
You will report to the Technical Support Manager and be responsible for:
- Providing timely service support to customer centers
- Improving product quality through proactive failure reporting and analyzing warranty reports
- Informing customer centers about product improvements and necessary actions via service bulletins and the company website
- Participating in product development to ensure high serviceability and low lifecycle costs
- Providing accurate and up-to-date service information, developing documentation, and creating service kits and tools
- Developing technical training in conjunction with the competence development group
Interaction will include frequent contacts with customer centers, other Product Companies, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Product Managers.
You will be prepared to travel to meet customers at least 30 days per year.
Requirements
An engineering background is mandatory. We will evaluate both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Candidates must have an engineering degree and technical knowledge of compressors, dryers, and compressed air ancillaries. A good knowledge of English is required, and an additional language is considered a plus.
Software skills in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and BPCS would be an asset. You must be proactive, customer-oriented, and have good communication and commercial skills. Capable of working in a multidisciplinary team, you should be able to provide the highest level of customer service.
