Job Description

CarusiHR & Co. S.r.l. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account for the Centro-Nord Piemonte region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the metalworking industry and excellent knowledge of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Stay informed about new products and services, and communicate these to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and products.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics, aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of metalworking and related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Italian.
