The Role

As a key member of our Account Management team, you will oversee the relationship with our strategic grocery partners. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important grocery partners, including high sales volume drivers and global grocery brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with grocery partners.
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Work with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Corporate, and Customer Service) to guide new plans and problem solutions.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to increase growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in retail/FMCG or other high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of the food retail industry.
  • Experience creating long-term relationships.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrate competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice.
