We are currently seeking a Lead Developer Security Architect to join our team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving DevSecOps best practices across our European portfolio, reporting directly to the European Chief Architect. This role will involve contributing to the success of our architecture community, supporting events and processes within the community, sharing knowledge, and promoting team spirit.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as it involves engaging actively within and outside the European portfolio, with other regions, departments, and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standards and best practices for CI/CD, branching strategies, and tooling across the EU portfolio.
  • Create and manage automation for tech debt reviews, including data collection and BI/visualization.
  • Establish and maintain automation for repos compliance, integrating with Azure DevOps, Black Duck, and Checkmarx.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to review and conduct deep dives into CI/CD and branching strategies for local assets.
  • Maintain and operate the EU SonarQube instance, supporting teams, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with SQ support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in complex matrix-based organizations.
  • A natural coach with strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves interfacing with European teams.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira, cloud engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and IaC with Terraform or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in .NET and C# is highly recommended.

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. If you believe you have the required qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply.
