Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our existing team of three. This role will focus on formulating and implementing a robust product strategy for Lobe Blowers technology, ensuring sustainable growth while aligning our product offerings with customer requirements from both technical and commercial perspectives. Responsibilities include detailed product definition, business case formulation, market research, and technical assistance, alongside developing pricing structures, sales presentations, and support for distributors and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, maintain, and enhance the current Lobe product portfolio within the Business Line to achieve targeted growth.
  • Create and implement effective product strategies for the Lobe product line in key markets, providing necessary competitor and market analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure product development strategies align with customer needs while maximizing profitability.
  • Support marketing initiatives and ensure the availability of appropriate marketing materials to back strategic growth plans.
  • Manage the existing product portfolio throughout its life cycle, ensuring the controlled obsolescence of products and the availability of aftermarket provisions.
  • Develop and execute effective product strategies in key markets, ensuring strong customer communication and providing necessary sales tools.
  • Analyze the current product portfolio throughout its life cycle, monitoring costs, profitability, sales volumes, and market share to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Marketing; a degree or equivalent education is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant sales roles within the Blower, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum, or Compressor sectors.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, autonomous, diverse, and evolving work environment.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
  • Problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Strong drive for results and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
