Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our rare disease programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to enhance our customer engagement and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase customer engagement and drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of programs
* Manage budgets and resources to optimize business outcomes
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Rare Experts and other important SHs
* Participate in Stakeholder Account Planning (SAP) to identify opportunities and best practices
* Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to include digital customer engagement programs in commercial action plans
Requirements:
* Academic degree (Bachelor or above) or equivalent experience
* Compliance training
* Meet local pharma industry requirements
* Education and training in sales methodology and sales technique
* Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
* Consistent track record of success
* Good communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and well-developed project management skills
