Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Company Controlling & Consolidated Financial Statement Specialist to join our headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese. As a key member of our Company Controlling Team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and supporting the Board in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting packages under IFRS and ITA GAAP standards
- Perform accounting activities for financial statement and closing operations
- Prepare annual ITA GAAP financial statements
- Measure and analyze financial and business performances, identifying areas for improvement
- Work with the Company Controlling Team to implement digitalization activities and optimize working capital
- Support the implementation of controlling policies and procedures
Requirements
- University degree in Economics or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting or a structured audit company
- Expertise in IFRS and ITA GAAP standards
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent English and Italian, German a plus
- SAP module FI-CO-AA knowledge preferred
