About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead projects with top partners in the industry of windows and partitions glazing, and to create new leads and business opportunities in the office design industry.

This position will enable you to develop your expertise in the expanding industry of windows, partitions, and smart design for offices and to manage key accounts technology projects while working in an entrepreneurial start-up company.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the point of contact for existing customers in Italy, France (Spain), and Portugal.
  • Working closely together with the partner network in the area, both Retrofit and Glass Processors.
  • Following up on leads.
  • Finding new opportunities, especially complete LCG (glass) projects.
  • Business development.
  • Keeping Salesforce up-to-date for the market area.
  • Ensuring that all customer orders are following procedure.
  • Liaising with European team members, the technical department, project management, and marketing.
  • International travel will be required.

Requirements
  • Years of experience in managing large office development projects in the office design industry.
  • Experience in sales - Must
  • BSc or MSc in interior design/architecture or a similar degree or certification from a previous workplace indicates significant field experience - Advantage
  • Proficient in English, Italian, French - Must
  • Experience in the commercial partitions industry.
  • Some experience in the Smart Glass Industry - Advantage
  • Deep understanding of the office design industry and motivation to acquire new leads in that industry and different industries as well.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to produce great results with high ROI.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, flexible, and a fast learner.
  • Ability to present projects on C-Level - Must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills are required.
