About the Role

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Scientist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Medical Affairs Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our therapeutic area strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific and clinical support to our global team, including developing local medical strategies and working independently to achieve goals.
  • Identify and build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and research centers, to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Support scientific congresses and satellite symposia, including attendance and follow-up, and develop promotional materials strategies.
  • Organize consulting processes within the team and headquarters, and provide scientific and medical data to leading health professionals.
  • Contribute to the selection of research locations in collaboration with clinical operations, adhering to Pfizer SOPs and Policies.
Requirements
  • Medicine degree required.
  • Relevant therapeutic area experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in clinical research is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent scientific and technical expertise, including clinical studies management and ad boards.
  • Project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Excellent English and local language skills.
