RINA is currently seeking a Technical Support Internship in Property & Facility Management to contribute to its operations within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.
Objective
Provide technical assistance to the Property & Facility Management team.
Responsibilities
Support the Local Property & Facility Unit in various technical and maintenance tasks associated with Property & Facility Management. You will gain insights into the administration of physical workspaces and the essential activities required to ensure that buildings are functional, efficient, and secure. Training will be provided to assist in managing, organizing, and coordinating workspaces, which includes overseeing all services, utilities, and resources necessary for operational comfort and productivity. This role encompasses learning about the upkeep of structures, buildings, and equipment, as well as ensuring the health and safety of personnel. Additionally, you will receive training in maintenance management utilizing specialized software.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Economics is required.
