About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Meetings & Events segment as a Global Mice Business Development Manager. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue in this critical area of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the global strategy for the MICE business: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Meetings & Events segment.
- Implement sales strategy for the MICE Segment: Ensure the effective implementation of the sales strategy for the MICE Segment in our hotels worldwide.
- Monitor sales objectives: Continuously monitor sales objectives for the MICE business and define action plans to achieve these objectives.
- Manage relationships with Key Accounts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the MICE Segment.
- Lead account contracting: Lead the process of acquiring new accounts in the MICE Segment, including online platforms or partners that bring increased business and visibility.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar
- Italian and advanced English
- B2B, Corporate and MICE contacts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools
