Role Summary

As a Retail Property Administrative Intern at Nespresso, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Property Team. Our omnichannel company operates a wide network of boutiques throughout Italy, and the property department manages the contract portfolio of these locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain the Real Estate management tool to ensure accurate data entry and reporting capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist the team in managing the leasing process by preparing essential documents, reports, and facilitating the contract signing process.
  • Collaborate with the Property Specialist to prepare forecasts and budget reports related to rental and consulting expenses.
  • Support the Property Specialist in analyzing Real Estate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing presentations that communicate insights effectively.
Qualifications for Success

We are seeking an individual with a strong digital mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
