Job Role

We are seeking a professional to join our Works Management Division as a Construction Site Management Assistant to manage construction sites with works costs exceeding €5 million relating to large buildings, including newly built and renovated structures (Tertiary, Commercial, Residential, Hospital, Industrial, and Hotel).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage construction sites with works costs exceeding €5 million
  2. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  3. Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize resource allocation
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  5. Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit for project planning and management
  6. Provide project management support to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the energy and/or thermotechnical design sector
  2. In possession of an appropriate degree (Civil Engineering or Architect)
  3. Proficiency in English language and qualification for Safety Coordination 81/08 or Fire Fighting Expert is an asset
