Job Title: Construction Site Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate all activities on a construction site, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor the progress of the works and ensure that all tasks are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate contractors and suppliers to ensure that all works are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Take responsibility for site safety, including the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage and control project budgets and schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
