Inserito/a nel Team dedicato ad un importante Cliente del Gruppo, il/la candidato/a ha la responsabilità del processo di ricerca e selezione del personale in somministrazione da inserire presso le sedi del Cliente sul territorio di competenza.

Responsabilità

Sarà responsabile del processo di recruiting dedicato e della delivery del servizio, in coordinamento con il resto del Team sulla base delle necessità del Cliente.

Mansione
  • Ricerca dei candidati nel DB aziendale e altri database online.
  • Gestione dell'attività di social recruiting ai fini dell'ottimizzazione del reclutamento.
  • Screening delle candidature e phone interview di prima valutazione.
  • Gestione dell'agenda colloqui.
  • Gestione colloqui di gruppo dedicati.
  • Cura del processo di comunicazione verso i singoli candidati.
  • Gestione aspetti amministrativi del rapporto di lavoro.
  • Gestione del servizio complessivo al Cliente.
Requisiti
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi.
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e di problem solving.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Outlook.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
