Overview

The Talent Acquisition team is expanding, and we are seeking an individual who possesses a strong enthusiasm and drive for the recruitment sector. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise, skills, and innovative thinking to devise creative recruitment solutions.

This position will play a crucial role in supporting JM Huber Corporation by spearheading comprehensive recruitment initiatives, enhancing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

This role will operate on a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to clarify position requirements and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the talent market, analytics, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Develop engaging job descriptions to attract high-caliber candidates to the organization.
  • Source and manage candidate pipelines, engaging both active and passive candidates through various internal tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct screening and evaluation of candidates for diverse roles and levels, including phone and video interviews.
  • Guide candidates through the feedback and offer stages, ensuring a positive experience while managing the expectations of hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Oversee all aspects of interview coordination, liaising directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate and lead pre- and post-interview debrief sessions and provide necessary interview materials.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience, streamline recruitment processes, and strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment projects in a corporate or RPO environment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing professional talent within manufacturing, chemical, and corporate sectors is preferred.
  • Experience working in international matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, adept problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential; familiarity with SAP Success Factors is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships effectively.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a cooperative, solution-focused approach and the capability to independently drive projects forward.
