Overview

The Talent Acquisition team at JM Huber Corporation is expanding, and we are in search of an individual who possesses a strong enthusiasm and commitment to the recruitment sector. This role offers the chance to leverage your expertise, skills, and innovative thinking to create unique solutions in the hiring process.

This role will be instrumental in supporting JM Huber Corporation by overseeing comprehensive recruitment initiatives, driving talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

This position operates on a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define and comprehend job requirements while demonstrating a solid grasp of the talent market, analytics, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Develop engaging job descriptions to attract high-caliber candidates to the organization.
  • Identify and manage candidate pipelines, engaging both active and passive candidates through various internal resources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and digital media platforms.
  • Assess and interview candidates for diverse roles across multiple levels, including conducting phone and video interviews.
  • Support candidates throughout the feedback and offer stages, ensuring a positive experience and aligning expectations with hiring managers.
  • Maintain precise and current candidate information within our applicant tracking system.
  • Oversee all aspects of interview coordination, working closely with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organize and facilitate pre- and post-interview debrief sessions, providing necessary interview documentation.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to the candidate experience, recruitment processes, and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment projects in either a corporate or RPO environment.
  • Experience in sourcing talent within manufacturing, chemical, and corporate sectors is preferred.
  • Proven track record of working in international matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative, results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential; familiarity with SAP Success Factors is a plus.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects and client relationships effectively.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a cooperative, solution-focused work style and the capability to drive projects independently.
