Il Chief Digital Transformation Officer e Responsabile IT Strategico è una figura chiave che combina la gestione operativa dell'infrastruttura IT e delle applicazioni con la guida della strategia di innovazione aziendale in ambito digitale.

Responsabilità Principali
  • Gestione IT: Supervisionare tutte le operazioni IT quotidiane, inclusi la gestione dell'infrastruttura, la sicurezza informatica, il supporto tecnico e lo sviluppo software.
  • Gestire il budget IT, assicurando l'ammodernamento del SI alle nuove esigenze e opportunità (garantire efficienza operativa e sicurezza).
  • Collaborare con altre practice per identificare e implementare soluzioni IT che migliorino i processi aziendali e l'efficacia del business.
Strategia e Innovazione Digitale
  • Definire e guidare l'agenda di innovazione digitale dell'azienda, allineata agli obiettivi di business complessivi.
  • Identificare tendenze emergenti, nuove tecnologie, strumenti e soluzioni digitali avanzate che possano migliorare l'efficienza operativa e creare nuovi vantaggi competitivi.
  • Supervisionare l'intero ciclo di vita dell'innovazione digitale, dalla fase di ideazione alla realizzazione.
  • Promuovere la trasformazione digitale dell'azienda.
Leadership e Collaborazione Interfunzionale
  • Guidare e sviluppare il team IT, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato ai risultati.
  • Collaborare con i leader delle varie funzioni aziendali per integrare le iniziative innovative nei processi esistenti, sfruttando le tecnologie digitali.
  • Facilitare la comunicazione tra i team e le altre funzioni aziendali per garantire un'implementazione efficace delle iniziative.
Sicurezza e Conformità
  • Assicurare che tutti i sistemi IT rispettino le normative di sicurezza e protezione dei dati, implementando le migliori pratiche di cybersecurity coordinandosi con la practice esistente.
  • Monitorare e valutare i rischi IT, sviluppando piani di mitigazione per ridurre potenziali minacce.
  • Supportare i leader funzionali nella comprensione dell'impatto che il verificarsi di un rischio IT avrebbe sul business e nella sua valutazione.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, o in un campo correlato.
  • Esperienza (7/10 anni) in ruoli di leadership nell'innovazione e IT, con una solida conoscenza della gestione dell'infrastruttura IT e della sicurezza informatica.
  • Esperienza comprovata nella guida di iniziative di innovazione tecnologica e nella trasformazione digitale.
  • Competenze avanzate in gestione di progetti, con la capacità di gestire progetti complessi.
  • Forte orientamento al problem-solving, con eccellenti capacità analitiche e decisionali.
  • Capacità di comunicare efficacemente con stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici, e di presentare idee complesse in modo chiaro e convincente.
  • Forte capacità di leadership e di gestione del cambiamento, con esperienza nel guidare team multidisciplinari.
