Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of all support projects under their management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine project scope and project plan following RM-PMP or PTR process
  • Manage timeline, key milestones, and budget to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Identify and deploy resources required to successfully execute project through its lifecycle
  • Positively engage all key functions and stakeholders, resolving or escalating issues that may impact project deliverables
  • Support in building the project pipeline by working closely with Procurement, TI, and BL team members and business leaders
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Use robust project management tools to define and refine project scope, timeline, key milestones, and budget, and to manage project risks
  • Monitor regional productivity pipeline and database to ensure accountability and report on regional progress versus goals
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to deliver team and business success in the areas of Productivity and/or PTRs
  • Influence for impact by partnering closely with Procurement, TI, CTG, MFG, Quality, Stewardship, PL, and other team leaders
Requirements
  • More than 3 years' working experience
  • Influence without formal authority leadership and proven success in project management
  • Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal), in Italian and English
  • Strong relationship skills with ability to successfully problem-solve with diverse groups towards a desired outcome through persuasion and influence
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize between multiple tasks
  • Solution orientation, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, motivation, hands-on mentality
  • Proficient use of MS Excel and ability to work with large data-sets
